
Most students drink caffeine. But is that a good idea?
While caffeine can give you a quick boost on a late-night homework sesh it can also be harmful. While caffeine in lesser amounts may not cause many harmful effects but lots over a small amount can lead to harmful side effects. Some of these effects can include loss of sleep, anxiety, gastrointestinal issues, cardiovascular risks, and more. Some positive side effects include increased brain function and increased motor performance. While caffeine may help with late night gaming, doing homework, or whatever hobby you may participate in, it is also good to know that too much can have harmful effects on you and your body.
