Mrs. Emily Webb always wanted to help people live their best life, so she became a counselor at Liberty.
“In high school, I always thought about being a counselor,” she said. “I like to help people.”
Her favorite part about being a school counselor is seeing the students she helps succeed in whatever goals they are trying to chase.
Mrs. Webb states that she really likes the positive energy in Liberty Middle School and the building. “Everyone always has a positive attitude.”
She gave some tips on how to get through stressful situations, “Step back, refocus, take a deep breath and calm down. Use self-talk to make yourself feel better.”
“Be kind. Help others.”
