Meet Mrs. Edwards
Q: Where did you grow up?
A: I grew up in Edwardsville. I went to kindergarten at Leclaire, then Columbus, then Edwardsville Middle School, and graduated from EHS.
Q: Why did you choose to work at Liberty?
A: I used to work at Alton, but once I could come back to my hometown – and where I grew up, where my son goes to school, and where I live – I got the opportunity, and I had to jump at it.
Q: What are you looking forward to this year?
A: I’m looking forward to the energy of the building. The staff have tons of energy, and I’m excited for the fun we’re going to have this year.
Q: The school theme this year is “Whatever It Takes.” What does that mean to you?
A: To me it means that we’re gonna do “Whatever It Takes” to have a successful year, and to make sure kids are learning as much as possible.
